Gravestones, Co. Wexford, Ireland

Mr. Brian J. Cantwell has transcribed all the graveyards of Co. Wexford, reading inscriptions on all stones dating pre-1900 and then those which he considered to be connected to those stones. I do not know if Mr. Cantwell read only those stones which were legible or if perhaps he cleaned them in order to be able to read them. If the latter, then all the stones in County Wexford can be considered to have been transribed. If the former, then there are still stones which need to be transcribed.

Not all of the graveyards are named here

Full transcriptions can be obtained through the Latter Day Saints library, Family History Libraries or Wexford County Library.

Please note, new indices are being brought on line which will include years. It will take some time to create these indices and the web pages
